If Lucky Dog isn't right for you, you can have your money back.
- Within 14 days of purchase: a full refund, no reason needed. Write to hi@luckydog.money from the address you bought with, and include the order number or the licence id.
- The refund goes back to the way you paid, through our payment provider. How soon it shows up depends on your bank or card.
- Once refunded, the licence is withdrawn and the app returns to the free version. Your data is not affected.
- After 14 days licences are not refunded, unless the law where you live says otherwise or something on our side kept the app from working and we couldn't fix it.
- Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank - we'd rather sort it out directly.
Redeem codes bought from a shop are refunded by that shop, under its own rules; write to us if you need help.
